We just lynched mafia in an extremely contested vote?Retired.

I don't see a world where we go "okay, we just lynched mafia. Let's lynch the people on the right wagon."Retired.

There are so many things wrong with this I don't really know where to start.
Would you say, for instance, that on D2 the viking wagon was the 'wrong' wagon?EFFORT IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ALIGNMENTLA during normal working and sleeping hours EST

Depends on if the lynch is highly contested and if the counterwagon was a mafia wagon.
Since it falls under neither of these categories, I would say "no."Retired.

The viking wagon was fairly highly contested, just not by quite enough people for it not to happen.EFFORT IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ALIGNMENTLA during normal working and sleeping hours EST

Or is 10 on and 8 off not highly contested enough for you to count it?EFFORT IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ALIGNMENTLA during normal working and sleeping hours EST

I haven't read anything except what you people have posted since I joined in, and I agree with Shinobi.
I know that's gotta be worth at least a "hmm" and maybe a "mmhmm.""This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." In re Davis, 557 U.S. 952, 955 (2009) (Scalia, J., dissenting).-

I don't see why that makes Ozgin town though.
Yes, bussing is A Thing, but I don't know why the default assumption would be that "bussing occurred" rather than "scum tried to have their buddy not get killed.""This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." (I haven't reviewed the actual Ozgin hammer, so I don't know what it looks like.)"This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." Both wagons were town.
There's environmental analysis to be done in regards to looking at people who didn't care about what was going on possibly, but that's about it. It's not the same thing as people voting the way they vote when mafia is at stake.Retired.

I'm more just trying to understand why Shinobi thinks it's worth discounting Ozgin as scum just because he hammered especially since intent had already been given before the hammer had actually happened.Green Crayons wrote:Yes, bussing is A Thing, but I don't know why the default assumption would be that "bussing occurred" rather than "scum tried to have their buddy not get killed."-

On a different note, I've been going through the VCs to see if anything sticks out.
- TSO is unlikely to be groupscum, though this isn't really a new idea.
- dragon also unlikely to be groupscum.
- need to check and see why Pisskop got off Kitz wagon between 947 and 1051.
- why did Aero tunnel Marquis D4 but not D5?
That's about it.
p-edit:
@Shinobi: I hope that when you say 'when mafia is at stake' you don't mean 'when it's going to be/could be mafia lynched.'EFFORT IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ALIGNMENTLA during normal working and sleeping hours EST

@Shinobi: Every Town player thinks that the person they are voting is Mafia. There is no difference before the lynch happens. Every vote has Mafia at stake, even if they flip Town.
Trying to look at votes on Mafia differently just because they happened to be right is like thinking someone who guesses your "I'm thinking of a number from 1 to 10" did something differently than the people who didn't guess it.
They didn't do anything different. They had the same motivations, etc, etc.
(If I was Scum I'd use this to push you as having a clear disconnect from the Town thought process.)
(but ftr I think you're just wrong about this particular item of theory.)EFFORT IS NOT INDICATIVE OF ALIGNMENTLA during normal working and sleeping hours EST

Can't really blame Marquis for scumreading me if he is town. I'm pretty done with this game atm.
Like I literally have no energy to try and sort through anything from before now and the only reason I haven't replaced is because I don't want to do that to ika when finding a replacement would be such a pain in the ass.
