ok so you're saying that you think BROseidon was bussed by sangres, and I'm scum for posting a thought that sangres is town for his reads, one of which is a BRO scum read, before BRO flipped yesterday.

Mantis and I have been trying to work together and both think each other are town.

WL thinks we are town, but is more sure about Mantis. They were both less active towards the end of D1, but we've still been all sort of being reasonable and discussing reads.

Remember folks - no lynching till Screen is locked in.

Screen: AP

Null on this slot. But worst case, a conf-town AP isn't really that bad.

this here, from post 854
-I think that sangres might actually be scum. I don't know if I'm getting brainwashed or what, but when I was catching up a lot of their posts were starting to feel scummy, and reading back through the iso I can't really place my finger on the posts that were unsettling my gut. I'm going to reserve judgement until the promised reads list makes its appearance. I suppose I'll also try to read through their iso again tomorrow.

^you sound pretty certain here. and then you don't say anything about them again until someone asks you what your thoughts on them were. (i think it was curiousdog, could be wrong about that though)

and your response was like, oh ya, i like their reads list, i think town.

there was nothing special about their reads list. mostly because scum can easily fake one, you know this.

your scum gut read on them just magically disappeared. i found it odd.

that and i thought your reads on bookitty and curiousdog were pretty bad.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because I think it might be hard to engage when you're not able to post in the thread. These guys are by far not the only ones to have been confused or "confused" by the difference between show-Cylons and people with Cylon flavour in their role PMs.

I'm curious about the scumreads on Sangres for having a scumread on BRO for what is essentially the same reason I thought BRO was likely scum. I haven't decided who I would like screened today, but Sangres would still be high on that list.

@Snowstorm: During the discussion of show-Cylon status and Cylon flavour in the rolePM, did you never check your own character to see which it was in the show? Why not, if not?

@NotAnAxehole: Do you still have an ironclad townread on CuriousKarmaDog?
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

Yeah I'm
totally Australian
.

Nik you can say whatever you want about my reads, but I was strongly scum reading VR from his play D1. If Brian is correct with the guilty then I am right about that read.

Sangres I feel is scum for mostly what I feel is more of a meta-tell than anything else. It has less to do with ABR and more to do with how Fery/Nacho-hydra are presenting themselves. I could in fact be wrong about them, but for my piece of mind I rather have them screened sooner or later to make sure.

I'm back and forth with Toog. I thought he was town during D1 based off his play. He played in a game that I saw and he was scum there and deliberately fucked up mechanics as scum. Here there's not similar mechanics, but his play seems to be more forth coming of said mechanics.

My andy read is a combination of how I disliked his play during D1. The whole wincondition thing screaming match on BRO felt off to me and it's even worse that he looks like he wasn't on the ending wagon. So I should probably reread how he jumped off of it.

I already stated that I have a decent strong read on Mantis. She was my strongest townread inside of the PT we were in; AP was the smallest because there was stuff I didn't like of his. He pulled a gambit pretty early in it due to 'wording' of the RPM. She made comments that pinged you as scum; originally I was scumpinging you because I didn't like your badgering of NAA early on, but she told me you three are iRL friends so it wasn't as bad as it seems. I haven't had much time, but I do want to make sure the tell that she has on you is true before I sheep her.

Brian Skies is pretty fucking town. I also have to agree with a town-read on Ooba.

RIP is pissing me the fuck off, but it's probably more of a playstyle clash than anything else. Same goes with NC.

I should be screened Today. Obviously Im not Baltar so there is no risk of wasting a screen on me for that reason. And rather than have people softclaim all fucking day about just how much they aren't baltar and don't mind being screened, lets nip that in the bud and just screen me.

I think a better screen is for Sangres.

If AP is town it will show sooner than later. AP is a strong player and is transparent so if he is town he has a better chance at being killed than lynched, IMO.

Yes, I can tell you've all been working very closely together. Your reads are very... incestuous.
Why do you think that TWL is town?

Like, I'm not sure what else you want me to say Mantis, but it definitely wasn't a strong scumread. I even say in the post that I think it could be partially due to how loud the anti-sangresers were.

I think that there was probably at least one scum on the BRO wagon, yeah.

I'm going to guess no. The wording of the role PM seems to indicate that if you are human, you are town. Cylons (in THIS game, not in the show) are Cylons. It seems likely to me that you could be a show-Cylon and a game-Human, but I think the wording of the win condition means that all Cylons must be scum and all humans must be town.

Screen: Sangres

I do think this is the best idea for today. I could also support a screen on NotAnAxehole.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
