Last game I played where the issue came up. The final scum was a fruit vendor and couldn't five another piece of fruit and kill at the same time.

I've never seen a game where a scum with a power role could use their role and preform a night kill at the same time. So how am I obviously making it up?

And why would I claim bp if I'm a neighborizor? Why risk claiming another pr and risk a counter claim when I could simply claim neighborizor? It's a pointless risk for me to do if I'm scum.

The first two neighbors were above and below dragonspawn on the playerlist. There are like a million cards that do that kind of thing.
