Since everyone is "equally bad" according to you (because a randomized pick is either worse than a normal pick, when you choose someone, or the same, when every possibility is equally bad (or good)), why don't you roll a dice for example? What's the point of not voting?
There's only one benefit: people won't "accuse" you for voting for a player. You don't have to take "responsibility" for your vote...

I will return to this question when the answer comes out.
The the question is based off a hypothetical premise that I'm not entertaining.

Nah.
There's a point in this game where we all have to accept that it's only 3 days in but we have to pretend that our reads mean something otherwise we won't get anywhere.
It's unfortunate that good oral sex excuses bad chemistry. - Korts
It's not like the person we vote for is getting lynched or something, there are other reasons to vote someone to VC or GC than because we think they're town. That said I'm voting here because I think he's either town or at least as similar thinking to me at the moment.
52: Answers are more interesting than nonanswers.
55: Go with your gut and/or reads no matter how faint they are in the early game, it's better than sitting around doing nothing.
34: Putting 55 to practical use.
Clearly Count Dooku should not be in any position of power. Anyone who as seen the movies knows that can't be good. I'm fine with TTH having the VC role, She is as good as anyong else at this point.
I'm not sure what Axxle is doing better than I am at this point. Did he promise to lower your taxes? You know it doesn't work like that in this game....

How do you define better? And you started off voting for yourself as a placeholder vote, what changed to make you want to be Grand Chancellor?
I saw that everyone seemed to be eager to be the Vice, so the Grand Chancellor seemed like there was more of a chance of me actually getting it. So since we both have two vote, I guess you're not doing any "better" than I am, but rather just as well.

Sure, but you asked the wrong question. He didn't say that the VC is unimportant, he said that the votes for VC are unimportant.
@Bulge: Care to expand on that? I mean VC is the one who targets who to lynch each turn, that seems way more important than a silly semi-lynchproof GC.
I was talking about analysis of votes. I didn't think it would be alignment-telling to want VC, since directing discussion is more of a personal pride thing than game-related, whereas SC has actual concrete mechanics that could benefit scum.
Although looking back at it now, leading the town in discussion would certainly be a plus. Hm.

"I don't think VC is big deal. However, I will take this opportunity to cock block the gamestate by forcing a 3-3 wagon tie. Suck on that, TTH!"
