You're confirmed town. From your claim and from this.
1) If he's scum, clearing you narrowed the lynch pool and was a low EV play unless he thinks he can skate alone till endgame. Clearing you if you're scum together is better EV, but too ballsy to happen given that he had no information about potential investigatives when he made the claim. Likewise, it would have been miles better for him to save his claim and use it for value rather than claiming unprompted.
2) If he's scum, when we've outed enough roles his won't make sense balance-wise. Lie Detector is a zero utility role for scum, which means it would be a fakeclaim.
3) he pretty clearly was fishing for you to say something he could lie detect with his 'can i trust you' posting yesterday. and using a 1-shot lie detect to confirm a player into a townbloc is pretty solid.
this is all pretty basic stuff.
