Ah, ok! I'm still going for Azir, Bard, Cassiopeia, Ekko, Kalista, Rek'Sai, Skarner, and Wukong. At about 9K IP right now, so I can pick one of those up if/when I feel like it.
If you play a lot of ADC, Kalista is super fun and is easily one of the best adcs if you're good at her.
all but skarner and wukong are strong right now. It all depends on what lane you prefer
Yeah, every champ in that list is top tier for their roles but those two, and Wukong is still pretty strong for soloqueue so you can't really go wrong with any of them.
Just FYI - Azir, Bard, Cass, and Kalista all have a pretty high skill floor, IMO. But it does pay off if you're willing to put in the time. Ekko is also free this week, so give him a chance.

Isn't Ani using it correctly? Skill floor means the minimum skill needed to do passably. High skill floor means it takes time to learn the champion well enough to do passably.
I think some people use it to mean "output level given minimal skill," but I don't think that's standard.
it's funny how even with all of the vlad I play sometimes I get into lanes I've never done v. vlad before
it is not funny to do this in a ranked game and have THAT be how you learn that cho'gath scream ignores vlad pool

yeah swain is an infamous vlad counter because all of his stuff is DoTs. I think he's one of the worst vlad matchups along J4.
Scream isn't DoT though, I have no idea why that goes through

Vlad only goes untargettable during pool, is why - the silence isn't targetted at vlad, so it will hit, is my best guess. I mean, Equalizer shits on vlad pool.

Well, Equalizer is a line of fire on the ground, and Vlad is technically pooling
onto/into
the ground, so I'm not surprised that works.
Not sure about Feral Scream, though...

The scream actually hits BEFORE the anmiation starts, so you can appear to totally have avoided the animation, but if you were in cho's range amd noonpooled when he actually presses the button, it hits.
I might be up for some games this week to get some points towards those team up rewards. Would be interested in making (temporary) ranked 5's teams so we can get wardskin points at the same time, but team builder is fine by me too.

That alibity is slightly fiddly- it acquires target on button press, but silence doesnt hit until the animation finishes. This is true for all cone shaped "skillshots". Blame league's shitty coding lol. So anyway, assuming mhe pools between button press and animation, yes, he'll be silenced in pool form.

This explains alot. I've played Cho for a long time, and have always loved how wide/long ranged the scream seems to be.
