I am posting just to post. I have no handle on the game except Prozac seemed scummy for his lolgambit and Fenchurch was doing a lot of heavy lifting for the hydra.
She's also suggesting I'm dodgy for not answering her question but I don't know what relevance her question has - I don't know what scumtells for specific people are (I've never understood this) and I'm not sure why she would want to know my understanding of her on-site meta when we have hardly played together online before.THE LEMON LIVES! - Cabd-

You've done little but poke at Nexus / Fences for things which are clearly null, ignoring not only questions addressed to you but basically everything potentially interesting. At this point, it's like you're trying to give up as little information as possible if you do get lynched today. In post 134, AurorusVox wrote:What flailing?
I've briefly reread Porochaz, still prefer AV.
Shanba, what do you think about my comments on Inspie in #133? I acknowledge it's somewhat thin, but I think it's there.Succinctness is pro-town.

Also, you complained about too many scumreads, but three scumreads in a game with probably two scum doesn't seem that much of an problem.

inspie done nowt, and AV's posts haven't been particularly valuable, imho.
i don't normally have this many scumreads in this short a time. it's a new and strange and scary feelingTrans rights are human rights.-

I am here and my review is mostly nowhere. I’m mostly just going to say things. I don’t think it’s much of stretch to say I don’t feel I should have signed up for this game, but anyway. Maybe if you ask me questions, even if they’re trite ones, it might be easier for me to give quick responses.
Hypocrite here says Insp is pretty useless. Doesn’t really excuse him. Fairly null read. I had a bit of a town read earlier, but truth be told, there isn’t much there.
Poro seems fairly honest if a bit meandering. No problem with poro.
I don’t want to lynch poro, so if we’re false dilemma’d due to lateness in the day, it’s a fairly simple call for me at least. I think AV is a bit scummy, but that's mostly weak scumtells, and there’s not really enough there to make much of a commitment to it.
So, AV should claim.
unvote
ps: I know I'm a lurker like hell, but I'll be around before deadline. Don't worry about this running late on account of me.-

I don't think it's bad form, there's games where I've felt it was the right move, but my willingness depends on my read of the slot in question and the rest of the game. Right now inspi isn't my top scumread and my townreads aren't that strong either.
Looking at his play and his replace out, I can see him doing all this as town. I think CES disagrees somewhat with my opinion though.
Basically, I'm reluctant rather than keen to lynch him. Would like to wait and see if a replacement is forthcoming first, at any rate.

My dear Primate. As you have requested my claim I will address this to you directly but I am sure it will be of relevance to others also. Situation being as it is, I see no point in claiming at the moment. Outing my super awesome, totally kickass, entirely useful role without the legitimate threat of hammer seems pointless. hi everyone! it's annoying to be the only dude not on GMT here, but at least I semi-qualify for this because of The Pony Express? (it's a good thing I played Greater Idea at Pony Express or I probably would have had a heart attack reading this wincon.) I can't partake in any of the sick meet memes, but at least we have our express memes of sherlock on the train, mafia with train tickets, and me not eating food
the bad news is that I can't get started in earnest until my evening, which means realistically y'all will be asleep. but 7 pages is peanuts to catch up with a night so I'll be in full gear by the time GMT wakes up again.
I have sparse access throughout the workday but quite busy today so it won't be much. that being said, if you have questions that you think might have more illuminating answers when I read whatever posts you link in a vacuum*, it's a one-off chance to get those sorts of reads off me, so I guess have it.
*I did skim around ten minutes before accepting patrick's request to replace in, mostly to make sure this slot wasn't obvscum. my tinyskim reads are ampersand town and scum vibes on AV, feels like slapped in the face with a fish all over again."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg. Don’t buy a head of lettuce if you just want a salad. Don’t buy eggs and lettuce if you want egg salad because those are not the right ingredients." -Julius Bloop-

Hello hito
have we ever actually played mafia together? That is a seriously strange thing to consider but I sort of suspect the answer is no.
Elmo, the comment you made was what prompted me to go look at his posts (also he was under pressure, but that was the direct trigger). Like you said, it's thin. Idk, I can't really picture the scum thought process that leads to the behaviour you're suggesting. OTOH, it makes sense as a coherent thought process in the post - he doesn't really have a reason to be voting poro, so he's just wagoning for the sake of wagoning, and wonders why when the wagon might be going somewhere the guy moves off.
I guess maybe the implication is that it makes sense that he's more focused on interactions involving himself as scum? Rather than any kind of suggestion of shifting suspicion?
Actually i'm gonna leave this here because now I'm even guessing at interpreting whatyouwere trying to say, let alone him. And he can't clarify any more.
Although that said I guess I've convinced myself that it's very slightly scummy?
I still like both other wagons more.(10:50:24 PM) xcaykex: GODDAMNIT I DONT WANNA GET RID OF MY TENTACLE RAPE PORN

AV, if you're town, you don't have to convince us of that, you could just convince us that Poro is scummier. The ampersand, rather than the heart, is the true symbol of love.

this post was made with Primate still not having a vote down, awful
Nexus, you never tried to recruit Primate to your CDB wagon even though he has no vote and noted CDB as at least a tentative tiny scumread. Why not?

there was a vote nexus here but I guess swagger tell is vaguely diminished when their vote is right after your vote so I deleted it. You're still on watch though mister

In post 131, Porochaz wrote:Me too, this russian roulette style of game is not helping matters either, though AV isn't a horrible vote and looking through his iso's it's not just the me vote, it's the cdb vote as well. I'm not ready to lynch yet though, especially since I'd be surprised if anyone has a complete view of the game thus far, with a number of posters having barely posted.

These are consecutive posts from Poro. That's a pretty unnatural progression. For someone who literally ten posts ago figured that no one has a complete view of the gamestate, you sure seem confident that the status quo is landing correctly.
I'll break the post here for readability. More comin up."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg. Don’t buy a head of lettuce if you just want a salad. Don’t buy eggs and lettuce if you want egg salad because those are not the right ingredients." -Julius Bloop-

This is dangerously going into the crappy semantic tells newbies love, but I can't help but feel that the use of past tense here is kind of scummy. Prozac *seemed* scummy? Fenchurch *was* doing? Well, what about now? Gross vibe of trying to ensure consistency with past content.
In post 157, Nexus wrote:Would it be bad form to say lynch the slot?
umm when you have, by your own admission, a ton of other scum reads? Yeah it'd be bad form! policy lynch lurksacks if you don't have anyone pretty to take to the ball, but this doesn't really read like someone drowning in scum reads.

I think you/CES were a hydra in that awful hydra only game I played in as Copper. So...kind of?

AV, Nexus, primate are the worst three offenders, I think. Of those, AV-Nexus makes the most sense holistically.
prozac has had some sketch posts but I think the wagon flow as a whole exonerates him somewhat. still want his explanations because wagon flow isn't the strongest of factors, but it just doesn't feel like poro is scum, y'know?
Ampersand is obviously town. Shanba's point about the public discussions is quite relevant, engaged, good content, etc. CDB is almost certainly town as well; having just seen him deal with being town and under threat in SoV, this is exactly the same note.
elmo, shanba haven't really stuck in my brain one way or the other. which is actually a town tell because the bottom end of the scale is quite low down.
I've caught up and this would be an excellent spot for a vote, but I'm not going to vote yet! how mysterious. that hito guy must be up to something."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg. because my cdb wagon was never really serious?
I literally asked about lynching your slot purely because others had expressed suspicion, and I didn't want to wait a billion years for a replacement - obviously I wasn't expecting it to be so quick to get a replacement for Patrick.Trans rights are human rights.
