Obviously this is some people's first turn in a Diplomacy game, but let this be an example for the rest of the game - send in provisional orders as early as possible; you can always change them!

At a point like this, particularly, you ought to have sent orders to Sudo. A week is a long enough turn as it is.

Normally, I would just NMR, here, but I'm pretty sure this is Mario's first game and this is the first turn of that game. I'm keen to give him some time, but I am less keen to do so going forward.
