I've been busy as shit recently bc moving sucks. I still don't want to lynch RC and I think notsci is the best chance at hitting scum at this point.
I'm about to pass out any second now bc I had to wake up at 8 AM off of 2 hours of sleep, so I can't really do anything. I can't guarantee I'll be around before the deadline.
Since this might be my last opportunity to post, I still don't think you should shoot. For one, you will bring the game to evens if you shoot which means you're possibly using one our mislynches which doesn't make me happy; vigging is inferior to lynching since you lose out on all of the pre-lynch reactions, claims, and just sort of hoping that another kill disappears seems dangerous.

-I don't understand why people are town reading Boon's recent string of posts... Seems easily fake-able, I don't think he's being given enough credit here, and I think the recent reads makes more sense from scum in panic mode than town that only now cares about scum hunting.
-I strongly agree with this;
In post 1525, Tammy wrote:Oh pie - I think if implosion is an sk, then we're probably not going to have a three-man scum team, so Lyle wouldn't be here so soon. I don't think that empire would design a game that would put us into lylo so quickly.

In post 1544, Nachomamma8 wrote:First read through of RC brings out the problem of me not liking the relative ease of his votes: RC as town usually picks a fight with someone loud and town (or, at the very least, finds problems in their play), but this game he hasn't really done that at all except maybe with the vote on SS but then he ended up dropping that decently quickly.
His hammer on Anen was a slight ping because he bothered setting it up at all; I think that was a call-back to classic RC-scum worrying about being image conscious with a decently iffy move.
is a surprising change... I would like an explanation for this change at some point.

I don't have that much to say. It's been very rare for me to have a strong opinion on anything in this game. The past few days are no exception. I preferred a lynch on ns over rc before and prefer it more in light of the softclaim, although I'm curious about the softclaim, hence my question to rc.
I'm still not sure about shooting. Unless people don't want me to I'll decide during the night since there are conflicting opinions and I do think both have merits, and not saying which I'm doing also does have theoretical merits (if scum have a limited shot doctor or whatever).
Between RC and notscience, I still prefer an RC lynch.
I want to see a full claim from RC... if I had to cast my vote
right now
, I would vote for him, but not comfortable doing so before he posts again.
While shooting tonight is not as informative as a lynch, I still think we are more likely to win if implosion uses his shot. Regardless, I'm fine with implosion making his decision tonight without telling us.

It surprises me that people have been calling notscience disengaged. Rereading his iso, he hasn't put much effort in, but it does feel like he's genuinely interested. I think that he'd at least be pretending to try harder if he was scum.
ffery, I can't remember you talking about notscience much, even though I get the impression you're familiar with his meta. What do you think about his bandwagon right now?

Full claim is a miller. Breadcrumb in my first post.
Not a big loss or anything, but I didn't want to get lynched this game... at least not so early. I really wish y'all would have let me try and bait the kill tonight. I'm a bit disappointed that Nacho and ffrey didn't stick to their intuitions... very unlike them! They both had me down perfect early on this game. notscience and Vinkah, well, I get scummy vibes from both of them, so that's to be expected. SS is still probably town, but we haven't played together before and I can already tell we're not compatible playstyle-wise.
I've seen him genuinely struggle as town. I have one game with him where he seemed to struggle to get into the game and form reads and was scum, but this feels more real and up front than he did in the FF10 game.
I keep thinking he'll have to be lynched eventually if he doesn't get it together, or he waits until players who could authoritatively call him town for getting it together are all dead.

Because I have been trying to bait a kill all game. Like I said, no big loss... but, eh, it's just a little disappointing. You (Wicked), Tammy, ffrey and pie were all so on point reading me earlier. I genuinely thought I could coast by and keep y'all, if not crazy town-reading me, at least content enough to ignore me for later. In the mean time, I had hoped I would aggravate the scum enough to get them itchy to shoot me.
As to why I was playing conservatively, it's because I was trying to give off cop vibes.
I"m one of those weird players who treat miller claims like named townies for the first couple game days. IME as a miller and in playing with millers, they're usually highly motivated to steamroll scum and end the game well before they'd be before-mylo/lylo lynched.

Scumreads: notscience, vinkah, maybe Nacho/implosion/Boon?
Townreads: pie, ffrey, Wicked, SS
Tammy could go both ways... which probably means she's scum. She's so unemotional this game that it's giving me the creeps a bit. She should be causing drama or someone should be trying to cause drama with her.
