pirate mollie <--I refuse. REFUSE. Absolutely refuse. To believe for so much as ONE second. That mollie is ever scum this game.
Xtoxm <--I absolutely REFUSE to believe in a scum sensor here, or that it was a fakeclaim. Plus, Aeris was obvtown even if Xtoxm isn't.
Radja <--While his play's nothing particularly special and the actions are a bit questionable, not to mention the survival of a doctor, I know there's a redirector in the game, which'd nullify the doc protect, making it useless. Therefore, I will not let Radja get mislynched this game. I fully believe the doctor claim, and do not want to see him mislynched.
Cerberus v666 <--While there's nothing particularly town about him, there's also nothing that says 'scum' anymore. I still maintain that if he's scum, Shinra's more likely, but since we've had three Shinra flips, it's very likely he's town.
Seiko x Naomi <--I still maintain that objectively, they've got some of the worst possible interactions throughout the whole game, in that a lot of stuff

says they're suspicious. They could be Meteor off the wagon, because they've been highly "middle-of-the-road", not committing to it.
That being said
, I believe they're town right now, because it does look like they're legitimately trying to figure out the game, and they're bringing some decent points to the table, too.
hiplop <--Remember when Jaqen said that scum would be taking the middle-road? He was referring to people like hiplop. I can demonstrate hiplop's heavy fencesitting attitude, and why Jaqen thought that'd come from scum.
That being said
, he's up here at third because while I think he could be scum, there's also been many flashes of what look to me like his towngame.
The Antagonist <--Everything their entire game has been scum to me. I very accurately predicted that they'd put in a strong earlygame effort and then fade into virtual nonexistence, barely providing content at all and pushing incredibly pro-scum agendas. This has yet to change.
Prohawk <--Like Antagonist, only worse. There's not a lick of scumhunting in his iso if you actually look. There's bullying Aeris, and there's pushing me as scum in a highly-OMGUSy fashion, but no real scumhunting. His tone is a dead-ringer for Hilariously Unbalanced Mafia 2, too, where he was scum in that very-obvious-to-him multiball game.
These are the rough tiers I have. If there's only two Meteor left, we have two mislynches to spare, but I'd prefer to use them to clear out the bottom of my list since not everyone there's going to be scum. But I do think the scum are in ProHawk, Antagonist, hiplop, and Seiko, emphasis the first two, deemphasis the last one.
