Weird, weird matchup for me this week. Thanks GB defense for being the highest scorer on either team, and thanks to this week's pickup Barnidge for saving my bad week as far as QB and RB

jdodge1019: he's not a liberal

The "insider trading" was just knowledge of what other people were picking. At best, they can tie others. It's bad (and has now been banned by all major weekly fantasy companies), but it was never a huge deal to begin with, honestly.
And no-ones using insider information in the $1/$2 games I'm recommending for fun.

I've been too depressed about my team to update the standings, but since I have today off, they're finally up for L2 and L3. If someone will send me all the results for L1, I'll get them in as well.
Unless Melvin Gordon has a big night, I'm going to be 0-5 in L2 after this week. I can't remember the last time I had an 0-5 start, and it's not the only league I'll be 0-5 in; in my Tyler league, Yahoo projected me for 13-1, but I'm averaging 80/game in a 10-team league with 2 extra flex spots. Just brutal.
Oh, that's fine, I just hadn't caught up in the thread. I'll get them from here (if you could just check for score corrections after I've posted the totals I end up with, that would be awesome).

If only injuries affected teams equally...
The situation I am in should not be a tough decision. Teams should have the ability to field a full team without having to risk other elements of their team, particularly when they are going to replace their injured player with someone who is not as good generally. Having no IR just further punishes a team that is already having bad luck and being punished by being on the wrong end of injuries. (Just look at my record.)
Jeffery was noted as an injury concern as early as the second week in August. The fact that you burned an early round pick on him and are now paying for it is no one's fault besides your own. Leg injuries are one of the biggest long-term injuries for wideouts, and that's not new to this year.
We have six bench slots. That's more than most players will actually use. I'm capable of stashing Romo for god knows how many weeks (thanks whoever dropped him!) just because of that ridiculous size of our bench. It doesn't hurt me.
Draft smarter - best player available is only half the battle - context is everything.

Jeffery's injury issues weren't as big of a deal for me this week as opposed to the fact that literally every other receiving option on my bench was on bye.
It's actually Roethlisberger's injury that I'm more bothered by right now. I had an idea what kind of risk I was getting into with Jeffery even if I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Jeffery was noted as an injury concern. But I don't recall seeing anything about Roethlisberger, Romo, or Charles. To suggest that you can completely draft around injured players is preposterous.
