I'm still working on it, but I've decided to play a Paladin.

I highly suggest going through the divine feats in PHB2, and Complete Warrior/Champion.

Paladins generally distinguish themselves from fighters through uses of Smite Evil, and divine feats that allows you to burn through your turn undead attempts for combat bonuses.

I also suggest giving up your mount for the Charging Smite Alternate Class Feature in PHB2.

Also, everyone, note that I'm banning Complete Divine, except for the Divine Metamagic feat.

Swashbuckler's main weakness is her damage output.

Most common way to address this problem is to mix rogue levels into your build, and taking the feat Daring Outlaw.

Also considered swash/rogue/invisblade but I think that's too complex for me who's building character for the first time

I recommend getting rid of the odd ability scores for evens where applicable. (i.e. switch from 13, 13 to 14, 12)

You've put your spells in the Feats and Special Abilities section - I'd move them a couple pages down to the Spells and Powers section.

Also, as a cleric, you can replace any prepared spell with a Cure spell of equivalent level - so I wouldn't prepare a Cure spell.

Good clerics can cast any spell they have prepared as if it was a cure spell of the same or a lower level. So there's no point in preparing a cure spell, when you could prepare something else and turn it into a cure at no cost if you need to.
