Board of Directors Update:

We are currently voting on a proposal to include dividends as a major plan for our stock. If the current proposal is approved, which I expect it will be, we will be targeting our stock around the $20 mark in the long-term. To prevent the value from going above $20, we may begin giving out dividends on a weekly basis on a sliding scale, with higher dividends as we approach the $20 goal. This will allow shareholders to hold the relatively safe and potentially high return Orange while also receiving money to invest in other stocks as they wish.

This proposal has now passed. Orange will now target $20 by using weekly dividends on a pre-determined sliding scale. You should expect to begin seeing dividends pop up on Fridays (or whenever the next day after Friday is that updates are processed) when Orange hits the $10 mark.
