Yes but GL's death could have been just as easily a setup for CN. What bothers me far more is the fact that GL essentially claimed doc here:

Lucky's still town, which is too bad as he'll die tonight if I'm lynched. Case on CN is coming in T minus-3 or 4 hours once I get home from work.

GL places this statement here and the only real reaction we get from CN is to push for his lynch
