Yes he didn't do anything yesterday, and I agree it seems like a bad NK unless they were possible trying to hit a PR. However, reading his ISO i see that strongest stance he really took yesterday was on YOU, it makes me wonder.

I get that I was his only suspect, but if that was mafia's motivation, it wouldn't have been the best choice. That is to say Persivul and YOU were far more critical of my behavior yesterday than Quaroath.

The reason any chosen kill happens is subject to lots of WIFOM, and knowing that killing someone suspicious of you points the FOS back to you can motivate the mafia to target someone else.

I know that's not terribly convincing, sorry (I'm in a two hour meeting)

Just reread the thread. Since I'm still relatively new to this, I was wondering if it's acceptable for one person to place intent to hammer and then someone else does it instead? Because panda placed the intent to hammer lord and then persivul just randomly hammered him and gave the excuse that the day was ending in a few hours anyway. In those last few hours Lord could have given us more of his thoughts about who was scum and who was town, be he didn't get that chance because of the quick hammer. So Persivul, could you give a better explanation for why you did it?

I was really suspicious of Panda before and she seemed really flustered so I thought there was a decent chance she might be scum.

I didn't randomly hammer in 212. I clearly gave intent 13 hours previously in 203: "When I check in tomorrow I'll hammer..."

Are you purposely misrepresenting my actions or reading too fast?

Regarding the general question on protocol, I never considered it before, but IMO it's reasonable for a different person to hammer, as long as reasonable time was given for the intended lynchee to claim or otherwise defend.

Panda hasn't really posted today so I can't change my read yet. It's possible that she knew it might look suspicious to kill off the person who questioned her the most and decided to kill someone who didn't give the town any thoughts on the game.

That wasn't me but black replied about it a bit.

As for me, I'm not big into speculating night kills but I find killing quaroath odd because at the end of the day, there was some suspicion about him and could've been someone they wanted to try to lynch today.

@Blackstar but i don't think of you as the person who questioned me the most the person i thought was trying the hardest for a Panda lynch was Pig so that theory doesn't hold any water.

I also find the Oath kill strange cause he didnt seem to be around much to really seem threatening to mafia and like Random said couldve been useful as a day lynch. maybe mafia was just trying to pick the most random person there for not causing any suspicious or reads.

no i didnt say either of those two things pig, i was just saying that the reason why Black might think im scum is incorrect, and neither did i say he was scum for saying so. why would you find such a big problem with my post ? i thought it was pretty easy to understand ?
