I've never played a setup that had even 1 miller before. Unless you wanna count that game with a mafia godfather miller and an insane cop. I sure don't. But yeah my impression is that millers aren't commonly used?

My shiro vote was vaguely serious because miller claims and I kinda kept pretending to be serious about it for a little bit I think but nah now that I've figured out his flavor he's definitely town. I just don't understand why his character would be amnesiac..

I mean, Millers are rare, but keep in mind this is a setup named "UPick 'N' I Make U Miserable", the point being you're given roles which are pains in the asses. Miller is basically the classic negative-utility role.

Well, if you're saying that, then don't comment on it at all because all it will do is confuse people. I'm still reading you as scum, but for different reasons now.

It seems like you're trying to leave an opening for backpedaling if he does get lynched. In my eyes, the synopsis goes, "He might be scum, but if he ends up being town, don't say it's my fault"

I hate it when people say that. "You look like you're leaving an opening for backpedaling" or the like, where they're like "ooooh setting up to do X". No, you're assuming that. If you think someone's leaving an opening for something, note it down somewhere that isn't inthread and then call them out when they actually do it. All you're doing otherwise is scumreading someone for potentially doing something in the future which they haven't actually done and may never have been planning to do, or you may simply let scum know not to do that when they would have, stopping them from doing something scummy.

Basically, those reads are awful and I immediately lean towards someone being scummy when they do it because anyone can go "they look like they're getting ready to do something scummy" and get a free, easy scumread.
