I believe this claim. In hindsight of the whole Weak thing, claiming PGO makes sense (discourages scum from killing, making death more likely to be caused by weakness and thus less ambiguity as to the result).

Also, just a heads up, I will need to be a policy lynch due to the non-voting aspect of my role. I will be willing to offer this any time, but best timing is if it's the day before LYLO (as late as possible so I can help as much as possible with scumhunting), or if deadline is approaching and people can't decide on a scum lynch.
