I understand why you see him as such a scumbag but I still see The Greg as a sketch player... And HH as just always a bad/scummy player in every game regardless of his role. I dunno.

If there is no lynch prior to Wednesday I'll hopefully have time to do a pbpa of The Greg and why I think he's scummy/ier.

Right I got prodded.

My view on the game is, that it is quite different from others, BUT the majority of the game will be decided from the night choices. If it were entirely upto me, I'd no lynch first day, put in the night choices, compare the night choices of the players, find discrepancies in them and then lynch the players whose claims do not tally with the rest of the game. I see this as a Doc version of the Dethy... which is why I am not too interested in whom we lynch D1... I am too excited to get to the night and analyse the night actions of everyone.

3) His earlier opportunistic votes, which were sneaked in without any explanation, something which I noticed but no one else seemed to care about.

I didn't think that prod was particularly necessary.

Strangely, I actually agree with Sir T. In particular, I want to see what effect my choice will have tonight. I'm not even sure which strategy to follow: do I 'protect' someone I think is scum in case I'm a killer; do I 'protect' someone I think is town in case I'm a sane doctor? Do I even 'protect' anyone at all? I'm not sure at all.

I've already documented my case on The Greg.

My preference for today's results:
1) well-thought out, legitimate lynch
2) no lynch
(big gap)
3) dumb, hasty lynch

As of now, I am comfortable that a The Greg lynch falls under 1.

I have no problem stating whom I target, tomorrow morning of course. And I also know that it is essentially a wasted night if I don't make a choice, but I can't help but be afraid that I could end up killing my target so I am trying to find a path that is best for the town. It is totally dependent on whom everyone else chooses, and getting too far into the pre-night discussion of doctor's night choices only helps scum, so I don't want to do that...

I'm just concerned is all.

Everyone understands that we have so many quacks (and quack type roles) that Night 1 could = horrible results...I am wary of the night....ideally I would like to at least take out scum Day 1....so it bothers me when distad and Sir T have someone at -1, and say they dont care really who they lynch....

I'm saying that I think we have a good lynch candidate after careful consideration. I've already stated my case on The Greg, and as far as I'm concerned, my logic still stands.

IMO someone needs to hammer someone. Because the odds don't bode well for us if we don't go into night one with a lynch of some sorts, bringing the odds down into the town's favor for the next day.

IE, if there are 9 players the odds are 2/9 of getting scum if there are 2 scum. If there's one lynch and one nk, even if neither are kills of scum, the odds are 2/7 the next day of getting scum which is far better than 2/9. Odds go from 20% chance to 30% chance approximately. Better than nothin!

this is a good point, which i agree with wholeheartedly. We probably ought to discuss tactics like this now, in order to help us decide what to do tonight.

well, let's not jump TOO deep into discussing our night tactics... I was just thinking out loud. The more we talk about whom we will choose tonight, the better the scum will do with their night kills... Even though there will be lethal doctors tonight (almost certainly), we don't want the scum to have an idea of who is which.

I never said I didn't care who was lynched. I said that it's going to help a lot to have a night's worth of actions behind us. I'm not voting The Greg because I don't think he's scummy. Nice misrepresentation, though.

HH is an intriguing target because of his vote on a claimed nurse. I much support his lynch over The Greg's. I still don't like BM's actions, either. His case on The Greg was crappy and he feels too opportunistic.
