I should probably explain why I'm voting him then, now that I have the time.
Whatever he was doing, it started in post 10 and he decided it "wasn't working" in post 22 - what's the point in trying this kind of "gambit" if you just give up after 12 posts? That, and the fact that it's rare for RVS wagons to really tell anybody anything anyway, makes it look like the whole thing was just an early grab for towncred to me.

I have to agree, I still don't understand what jumping on your own wagon would do. It's kinda like that guy who died on the boat in Jaws… you know, not Quint, but the other one…, like the one that they found his body and the red haired doctor guy is like “Woah, WTF." Like, kinda superfluous to the movie, and it doesn't really add anything except maybe more tension and there's enough of that already, and I'm not really sure where this metaphor is going or if it actually fits the situation of self-wagoning but I just don't think it actually helps us.

Also I moved on because even though there hadn't been many posts they were all new people actively ignoring what I did, and I had to choose between continuing to do something people were ignoring or answer lilith's question.

I think he means that he was trying to move the game out of RVS with his "gambit" and it has sort-of succeeded in moving the game out of RVS.

Saying things like that would only prompt more questions. Directly answering lilith's question was a much better move imo.

@postie I disagree wrt rvs wagons.

Mgsv was transparent with what he did hoping to start something. I view that as town. Nobody was on or doing anything It is quite frustrating. And idk I feel like I should unvote you your thought process makes sense the premise of rvs not telling us anything is wrong. Maybe I have a bias against you because of that. Lets se eif theirs scummier fish to fry.

We can discuss the merit of such things or we can look at it for alignment purposes and decide whether it was protown or proscum. I have no interest in paranoid dillusions based on cowardice and fear.

Anybody wants to dispute my town read better have a decent argument.
