remember how I had to appeal to old-BRO to get you on the Mala wagon after GM was lynched and after you said they were 95% scum together? I remember that.

I already had them both as scum at that point. Other than a brief foray onto ns to prevent a no-lynch (that thankfully wasn't necessary), I was on mala the whole time

I pulled off of her yesterday after her claim, so I'm confused why you're using "suddenly" here.

I kind of eh on her at this point. Like, I wouldn't mind a lynch on her, but it doesn't ~excite~ me.

It didn't, but the way in which you pushed me back onto mala when I was doubting myself is a compelling counter-narrative

From a scum-me perspective, early Day 1 I was in a fantastic position. Mala and GM were in not so fantastic positions.
That is a place where I bus.

I can see you losing some of your drive as scum after taking a hiatus/accidentally joining a blitz game.
I've seen you as scum play lower-impact games (ala BSG).

I don't understand why your play here is supposed to make me clear you.

Bsg was a pretty blatantly rigged setup. It's kind of a crap game to use on me for any meta reasons

That is a place where I bus.

And if you'd like me to back this up, I'll expand and back up that philosophy for you:

When your partners are in equal standing (all scummy or all relatively town), you have more options; if you are all scummy, you can't really make your position much worse by doing something crazy and if you're all town, it's not very likely that it's all gonna change in a matter of two pages or so. When you are in a much better position than your scumpartners, that's the time to consolidate towncred and strengthen your position so you can go deep.

You can check out Katsuki's Blitz game, how I interacted with Spiffeh; early on I encouraged him not to bus when we were both in pretty bad positions. Then, my position improved and his worsened, so I started to bus in preparation for a deep run with kanye.

I'm bringing this up because you understand my scum mindset better than most, and you should probably know that clearing me because I encouraged you to go back to a correct scumread is bleh. If you feel I should be reading you as town here, prove it to me: right now, it feels like you're trying to sell that "low impact = town" and I don't actually believe that for any player.

The hiatus argument isn't terrible, although you could just as easily conjecture the other way (that id be super excited to play scum again)

True.
And the other way would be my initial guess, but pieces aren't really fitting together in the way they should and so I'm getting antsy, need something more.

Like, I know you're fine with bussing, but the way in which you made the appeal personal when you could have half-assed it and had other options seems weird if you're scum.
