Two Options:

1) Obvious answer: PV targetted Marquis last night and was thus rendered untargettable. Which is really suspicious considering he was being targeted by a cop. Granted that cop died but...
2) Some other roleblocker role?

He wasn't on. It took too long for me too decide. I knew Vamp and Nether were receivers so I was trying to do Maths and work called.
