Id probably arrive late friday and stay into monday-tuesday if at all possible.

Hmm. I get way better flights from going direct Chicago then starting in Madison, so this might actually be a plan for me. I would just stay for one night (and I can do a hotel if I need to, since I'm already budgeting two weeks of hotels - I just want to see y'alls lovely faces) and then leave whenever I need to for the international flight the next day.
Can't commit yet because I'm on a high priority project at work, but I'm actively looking in to this now!

I'm strongly considering getting the airBNB if I get this new job and have some stability.
If that happens it's going to cost me about 2500. I will not pass that cost on to participants except to say that I will accept donations to help defer the costs to myself if people want to give them.

It does seem like itd be worth if there's like 20 people or so anyway, so we're not split up the whole time.
