Titus has been far from cleared, but TheCow is obviously playing a game (besides Mafia for the smartasses) and I don't like that one bit.

TheCow was already a suspect for me. Since Titus initiated a vote on TheCow, exposing his anti-town play, he might be the better vote for now. They are unlikely to be scum buddies.
