The only thing would be if she was a straight lyncher and made this strategy in the beginning.

Even if Mollie is right and she is a survivor lyncher once we lynch whoever she is told is scum it doesn't matter who she sides with because she just needs to end game and that isn't necessarily with town and who is it easier to end game with? Hint the answer is scum.
