Nero is probable scum here, I think. He's scum-reading essentially anyone that could provide a decent wagon in future days. Like pisskop with his hammer here, me, etc. The reads seem extremely convenient.

The only thing I remember ticking me a bit in regards to Nero was him quiping robs townblock early day one and asking about why he had titus and cakes in the same block when titus was scumreading cakes.

For starters. I didn't like that because that's just simply a weird question to ask because as town you're not really too worried about how your townreads are reading eachother anyway. I kinda felt like the kinda thing scum would ask to try and convey depth of thought. When in reality it's just a step above surface-level.
