All seriousness - We are talking about policy lynching keyser here who, might not be the best (I don't know), but he doesn't come across as bad. I don't really think changing a read based on the idea scum wouldn't want to lynch keyser because he isn't a great player is very town-like shall we say.

I've seen Keyser play and I like that he's goofing off a little - and that it doesn't seem to be stopping him from scumhunting. BBT and I are historically opposite alignment, so he's scum. I'll eventually get a read on TTH, once she really gets into the game. Half of the rest of the town appears to be playing a gimmick account.

How about you? What do you think of the three I specifically called out above?

I'm starting to not like Keysor's posts. He seemed to be making good points at first, but now he's just flipping a round and looking for any little thing to nitpick. Bluebloodedtoffee hasn't said much yet, and that's worrisome because people who Barry post are generally people taut you can't trust. The same goes for telltaleheart. TTH has the coolest name ever though.

No one even tried to guess who my scumread was? I must be really boring. :(

Anyway, it's KainTepes.

In post 116, KainTepes wrote:WHY DID THIS THREAD PROGRESS SO FAST??? I JUST WENT TO SLEEP AND CAME BACK AND EVERYONE TALKING, BUT THIS IS GOOD!!!!!

This is the first thing that set off some alarm bells for me. It's applauding ~something~ that's happened in the thread that's ostensibly good for town but nothing remarkable actually happened so that gives this post a canned and insincere feel.

This exchange with Keyser Soze also bothered me:

Keyser's point isn't particularly salient here because of course scum can actively push a Day 1 policy lynch, but Kain rolled over and fell in line with Keyser's logic just like that. In keeping with this theme, Kain proceeds to co-opt Keyser's BBT vote. The tenuous reason that accompanied the apparent change of heart makes me think he's less interested in forming his own opinions and more interested in adapting ones that he thinks
look
town.

Me "flipping a round"?

I've been looking at your scum-hunting style for while now wondering if it was alignment indicative...

mn under focus.
You throw down a vote and scum-read. (post 36)

OceanWind under focus.
You jump in with a question. (post 64)

BlueBloodedToffee under focus.
You throw down suspicion (post 158, post 176)

I'm under focus.
You throw down suspicion (post 176).

What I'm saying is,
you're never the first person to engage anything/anyone.
You're the person who's late to every single party.

Show me YOU presenting an original thought or scum-case before accusing me of "flipping a round" people.
Thanks.

Plus, you haven't been sheeping, you've been scavenging on scraps - but I don't think that behaviour is alignment indicative.

I'm in another ongoing game with Kain and he has the same playstyle in both of these games. Based on what I've seen from him so far, he's just really reactionary and goes along with what everyone else says. It doesn't necessarily mean that he's scum, but I don't think we should throw tang possibility away either. I don't have a problem with you voting him, I just think it's hypocritical for you to say I was just picking up scraps when you did the exact same thing. If you really think that I'm scavenging for scraps it's because nothing has really happened in this game yet.

mn, who is the second most scummy player in the game?
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"
