I can't be around for the next 24 hours, and I'm not going to risk getting turbo lynched by opportunistic and scum and shitty town play while I'm gone. On the assumption that any of the people pushing me are town; you guys seriously need to stop with this bullshit "If they don't fit the mold I prefer for town play, they're scum" because it's harmful. Varsoon, in particular, should fucking know better.

I'm part of a mason team. I crumbed this earlier quoted below for your convenience. My partner(s) is/are mod confirmed to share my alignment and I am town. My partner(s) has/have confirmed that he/they also have mod confirmation that I am town. The "clarification" I got last night showed my role card as it would appear if a role cop targeted me. My partner(s) reported the same clarification in our PT. The role card as shown to us for what a role cop would see identifies our flavor name, that we are town, and our primary ability, but does not show that we're masons or the name our partner(s) or that we are mod confirmed to one another. There are some obvious assumptions one might draw from that information.

Drixx tends to be a bit more outspoken and frugal with his vote when he's town. I've modded a lot of games with drixx as town (both in and out of hydras) and this feels a spot different than that. I don't know if he's just not gotten into the game yet or what? There's a few posts that I do like, but his ISO, given the events and time passed, does not give me much confidence in the slot being town.

ethinks you need to give some actual reasoning here because this just feels like a reaction test and not a very good one at that.

Read the letters backwards; Mis-spelling is intentional to make it a little harder for someone to notice the crumb without it being pointed out.

It's particularly amusing to me that the only person who has actually given a reason to vote me actually pointed out that things I said and did had possible town motives but he decided consciously that they must be scum motivated. If that's not confirmation bias, someone needs to re-explain that concept to me.

As I said; I'm going to be away until at least late tomorrow afternoon. Please try and get something productive done with today. There is at least some consolation in realizing that there wouldn't be a need to hide a masonry from a town role cop ... a town role cop would simply not mention it. That's fairly decent evidence that a posited rolecop that necessitated us being shown how our rolecards would appear to a rolecop is likely scum. Since nobody else came forward when I asked about whether everyone got an odd clarification, even after I explained what it was, it seems reasonable to assume the worst case and assume that one of us got role copped last night. Hopefully it was me and I've just given no real useful info to the scum team.
