@R&L - I got a clarification of exactly what my role pm would look like to a rolecop; so either everyone got that or someone has seen my role card. If scum saw it, that sucks. If you are town and saw it, would you kindly not blab. I already crumbed and there's no real need to say anything at this point.

Regardless, there are 'benefits' to not claiming and definite benefits to claiming, but if you want to not claim, that's your prerogative.

Honestly, though, I still want to lynch you, because this feels like a scum gambit that I would pull.

That said, the site meta won't allow it, because players in this game are too entrenched in it.

Furthermore, if you actually are a mason and I successfully push a mislynch on you, it means I'm on the chopping block next, and costing town two mislynches (and possibly more) is a big deal.
On the other hand, if you're scum, you can coast off of this shit for the rest of the game.

Muffin rolecops Drixx N1. Both Muffin and Drixx get a mod notification about how the rolecop interacts with certain roles. Day happens, Drixx asks his question. Muffin doesn't answer it. Instead he votes him, with the information he found N1. Drixx claims mason. Now muffin soft claims rolecop. Boom. Case closed.

When Drixx was talking about mod clarifying messages, I didn't realize it had anything to do with rolecops--I pretty much ignored that.
I voted Drixx because I wanted him to play as clearly as he had in previous games of mine.
He then Mason claimed, which I'm less suspicious of now than before, given the back and forth I've had with him on it, but I did unvote then.
I voted Muffin because I was kinda feeling that wagon, but when Muffin said he could confirm Drixx's role, I unvoted because I want to see if Muffin can back that up.

I can see what you mean in terms of Muffin softing Rolecop, but if Muffin already rolecopped Drixx, then why act like he hasn't?

I should have clarified that I can only confirm his alignment, not his role. But given the Mason claim it amounts to the same thing in my mind.

I'm only offering this to avoid other masons having to claim to support Drixx. If they want to claim then I'll go somewhere else tonight.
