Their interactions with Specter Deflecters and the way they danced around my wagon felt really icky to me. Flubber has been scummier though so just an AM for Hellhound for now.

Fire is really hard for me to read since he jokes around so much so deferring the control of the hydra to him feels like a scum move to me.

I don't really like how Shiro admitted that she sounded scummy in 272. Hellhound is still town to me; I'm not getting why people scumread him. The overreacting doesn't seem out of place with frustrated town.

I can understand this actually, I've been there before.
I don't have many super solid reads which is why I'm trying to sort you. Hellhound is leaning town now because their reactions feel genuine. Still scumreading Flubber. I believe Ice's miller claim and am thus townreading him. Other then that, not much.

In fact, I would say that scum would have equal if not more motivation to do early game pushes to establish themselves as town.

This isn't exactly the reason I'm not explaining my hiplop read. I do want to see hiplop's ISO unfold separate of the reason why I'm scumreading him, because if he did stop doing the things that made me think he's scum, it's not because i said those were the things that made me think he was scum. It was because he was town. Basically I want to evaluate hiplop's slot fairly because it's a read that I think might be subject to change.

If I said "hiplop is scum because X"
and hiplop went "okay, then I'll stop doing X"
It's not like that would make me or other people less suspicious of hiplop.
