A lot of options would have been available if the Army was in Sweden and your navy was in Baltic Sea. It could have been moved to the mainland, I could have moved back to Finland (which is what I planned before reading your posts).

Were the orders in my mind after the Convoy plan was stalled out. But w/e *shrugs*

It wouldn't be. If you've been watching the negotiations, OGML is saying the Italians can have Munich, so the Italians will be too busy to attack you.
You can't randomize your action when you have to rely on one other person to take a place. I'm not being altruistic here, I don't want you to interfere over here next turn. You benefit more from gaining a supply center then you do from poking our corner and delaying until we can move more tanks into position against you.

We could. The question is whether we would, and I suspect next round we won't have any reason to. Some people are busy actually accomplishing things. It does not, in my opinion, matter to Turkey or Russia who owns Trieste.
