Like, what I'm asking about is if enchanted items or owl's wisdom could be used to get the 11 wisdom required to cast lvl 1 cleric spells.

Actually, there is one fight, keen edge lasts 10 minutes/level (CL5 for scabbard, so 50 minutes), scabbard can be used 3 times per day. You use it once, Kat uses it once, someone else (Lor on one dagger I guess? I'm guessing it doesn't work on Karl's bow) uses it once.
