The reason you are getting townread for it is becaause if you wrre scum, then you could just give it to a scumbuddy, giveing them an extra kill. There could be a restriction that you can't give it to a scumbuddy, but in that case you as scum would most likely be better off not giving it to anyone, rather than take a chance some townie shoots a buddy.
