Why should a VT without much to add be worried about being taken out first?

A VT shouldn't be worried about anything, they should be doing the best they can to eat a nightkill

Therefore saying the second part makes no sense as he is implying the opposite!

Slandaar, my question was phrased in the sense that whoever we were talking about WAS a VT. He believed that person to be scum. So he answered the question about VTs first, used the word "but", and continued to hold his original position.

Sorry, didn't mean to say "If Firebringer is, Drixx isn't" or vice versa. "At least one scum, could be two" is more accurate.

@KAaG - Telling people I'm voting for Guy to see how people react sort of defeats the purpose. Almost everyone seemed happy to just let it happen.

A couple of people expressed the "feeling" or opinion that he's probably town ... but based upon what? There's nothing to really read Guy by, so those people who took the opportunity while he was being discussed to throw out a "hey I think he's town; tots not giving any reasoning" are now essentially blinking neon signs saying "Look for scum here!" (presuming Guy flips town; they could just be bad and somehow reading a guy with no substantive content).

And then there's the people who questioned the votes on Guy. I'm going to withhold my thoughts on that for the time being.

2) said this exact same line in a game I was town.

How is this not fallacious? He is using meta, that is innaccurate and counting it as a legit read.

What he said to you in a prior game when he was (presumably) scum and you were town ... has absolutely no way to impact the random generation of your alignments in this game. The fact that you are doubtcasting him and also subtly pushing yourself as town because of six words is concerning, to say the least.

Ira hasn't done anything Day two to make me think otherwise that he isn't scum or maybe even third party. I don't buy his claim at all. Why would you do what he did when his wagon wasn't the lead?

As for Drixx I will have to look at his day two. I thought his day one was solid & Towny.

So my read going into today is still on ira. However I am looking to see at who else is acting scummy. Jam hasn't contributed much, so I'd like to see more reads from him. Other than that I think Egg is strong town for me. Drixx has been acting a bit strangely by the end of yesterday so Ill look more into that

The things he's said hasn't came from a scum perspective in my opinion. The joke was just a joke. I had a strong sense of Town versus Town when it came to the interactions between Drixx & Killthestory which made me comfortable with the wagon on Reubus. He constantly was trying to get Reubus to provide some kind of information that might help town if he was town, but Rebus wouldn't budge; I thought it was a very towny thing of Drixx to do. He provides more reasoning & logic in his #893 which I agreed with as well.

Something_Smart is trying too hard to live up to his name. I didn't say Guy was scummy in #1032. I said that I voted him to see how people would react. In fact I went out of my way to point out that Guy lacked any substantive content upon which to form a read. He had 14 posts when I made that post, and he has 15 now. There's almost nothing of substance there.

But you know ... you can just claim I said something and people will totally believe it.
