I'm more than happy to vote YA, but to maintain some semblance of "by the book", I was waiting for:

1) The clear (Summer) to vote
2) A replacement

If Summer states she is set to vote me, I will vote YA in hope that you see the light.

Well, it's clear by that evidence/argument that kaag (if town) doesn't think it could be egg/smith either.

You are practically clear: if you were scum, you'd have simply gone along with YA/Eggman with me and won.

Yeah I consider myself clear as well. If I was wolf:

Kaag/MHS: could hammer even now
Ya/MHS: could have gotten egg lynched super easy by now given all the dead people who wolf read him and kaags anti egg stance
Egg/MHS: probably could have gotten ya lynched by now, and that aggressive defense I used on d1 was super risky for partners, and kaags "it can't be kaag/egg" case applies to me too

I'd consider myself lock clear for not partner with kaag or ya, and it strains imagination (IMO) to see me as eggs partner (and for the record, I would 100% not have enabled or encouraged his relatively lazy play style if I was a buddy... MAYBE in a regular game, but a newbie game is for learning, not slacking).

I hope that means you at least see my point there.

I doubt strongly, by the way, that YA encouraged Eggman to play as he did. Some people take the game very seriously, others don't. But not taking the game seriously does not change your chances of rolling scum.

In my view, if there was no replacement, YA would be by far the best lynch today: Egg is the easiest to expose in a 3-way. But it won't be Egg, which is why I'm waiting.

Deadline is reset to be equal to the time remaining when frozen + a day for replacement catchup.

Deadline will thus be Saturday April 23rd at 1:00 pm PDT which is in (expired on 2016-04-23 13:00:00)

Me: everyone reads as town for a number of reasons
Kaag/ya/you: two of the three are wolves. Various arguments have been made as to why one combination is more or less plausible than others.

However, I think smith is practically clear, so by PoE I have Almost50/YawningAngel as scum.

Well, I don't blame you for suspecting me. After applying to replace in and before I got the role PM I though my slot was scum with Summer by analyzing the VCs. It's a shocker to learn neither is, tbh.

OK.. so my predecessor's vote on Yawn seems right. But then again it appears we're in a LyLo, and he should've been a bit more patient.

However, the vote is there and Yawning hasn't been lol-hammered. This tells me one of smith/KAAG is indeed town, and the other is scum.

I invite the unCC'd Doctor to vote Yawning with me, and wait for the 3rd townie (or the other scum if they want) to hammer.

P.S. Who has been most resisting the YawningAngel lynch thus far??

I'd agree: it is totally unbelievable that one of you isn't...yet Summer is conf!town. Your slot is my nailed-on scum, YA is more PoE. I won't ask you to defend your predecessor's play but on D2 there was a particularly telling moment where he had a read-list with YA bottom...but then votes for Ircher.

For me to accept you aren't scum, I'd have to think smith is. While not literally impossible, I feel the % chance of being wrong there is too small for me to consider. You see the problem I have believing you.

I wouldn't say anyone has resisted YA's lynch, other than YA obviously. We've been waiting for the replace (we also all agreed not to vote until three agreed, but YA + Eggman decided they were impatient). I agree that Summer should vote, if for no better reason than she is almost guaranteed to be the night-kill.

We're in a situation where 2/3 inside ya/kaag/you are wolves. To the extent no one thinks I'm wolf (FYI I'm firelords replacement), that means that votes inside those three are essentially meaningless wrt ending the game. So I'm not sure how much that particular act should be read into. Then again, I'm open to arguments. I'm feeling like wolf team is kaag/ya but am by no means exonerating you. I'm inclined to lynch inside kaag/ya today, but I want to see what you have to say before solidifying that perspective.

No. We're in a situation where you & Yawn are the scum due. Thank you very much.

Here are some facts:

1- Both my slot & Yawn's have 1 vote on the already. If BOTH smith & KAAG are scum the game would've ended already. One of the two is town.

2- This means one of my slot & Yawn's is scum and the other is town (with Summer being a confirmed town doctor). I know my own alignment, so Yawn is 100% scum.

3- I have yet to get to smith's posts (as himself), but his predecessor was obv!scum.

I'll continue reading (I have the advantage of knowing 6 town + 1 scum already, so I'm probably going to see through it all better.)

As soon as smith replaces in he starts laying the foundation for the UTL/Radja slot lynch. Ironically, Yawn is the one building on it on the very following post, but that's another issue.

It is one of smith's playing characteristics to not go straight to their prey. He's more like a shark. he first explores the waters and the target, then starts getting close and hitting it with his tail before he finally decides to bite, and he -most likely- even decides to stay away from the lynch he himself started. I'll wait to see if the day ended with smith voting UTL/Radja or not.

Spoiler: it didn't. I actually voted aero/Thor. I was leaning against the utl/Radja lynch by then (though not super strongly; I liked the utl/summer fight as town-town but iirc didn't think the overall case was crazy or anything). Ya quick hammered before EOD: had he not done so I might have pushed harder against it. At the least I'd have tried to get more out of Thor. Or possibly tried to swing it back to ya or ircher. It's been long enough I don't remember super well but that's where I think I was.
