Spoiler: Macro Tutorials for Hana
So there are 3 types of macros used in the macros listen on the R20 Player Sheets. It only really changes the color of it, but I like it that way. Spells are blue, skills/saves green, and weapon attacks red.

This is a weapon attack for my greatsword, and has red text. It has a BAB of +1, a STR mod of +3, and a PA of 1, so -1 attack and +2 damage. The other +4 comes from 1.5xSTR, rounded down. It shows as:

Ciel
uses Powerful Heroic Strike (+1)!
hitting AC21 for 12 Slashing dmg

Always start it with &{template:DnD35Attack}. The Character Sheets on R20 use a different template, but it uses these arguments differently. Also, the & is what tells the program that it's loading this template.

After that, the arguments are as such.

{{pcflag=true}} meant for weapon attacks, red text.
{{spellflag=true}} meant for spells, blue text
{{skillflag=true}} meant for skill checks/slaves

{{Name= [name]}} yeah, self-explanatory
{{subtags= [text]}} goes right under the name
{{attack1= hitting AC/DC [[roll]]}} standard attack roll
{{critconfirm1= Crit?:[[roll]]}} for crit confirmation. The cs## in attack1 is the threat range. So for my greatsword, it's 19-20, so you put cs19.
{{damage1= [[roll]] [type] damage}} standard damage roll
{{notes= [words]}} explanation of any extra effects, etc.

There are others, which you can find on the wiki or on the character sheet examples they give you, but those were the ones I used.

Summary

The party moves into the abandoned mines. They trip a tripwire and an alarm goes off. They proceed to walk into what looks like an old mine office, and gets ambushed by bunch of kobolds. They kill off the kobold sorcerer before he can get any spells off, and proceed to take down the rest. They capture one alive, and learn that this is just a small scout force of a larger force, currently investigating the mines for useful minerals. Saag breaks its legs and let it go. It crawls away.

They travel south, where they encounter more kobolds. They engage in combat and take them down. They find the kobold camp and loot it for gems. Ciel crosses the bridge, and gets almost dragged off by a shadow spider. The party throws things at the spider, and it limps away.

The party hears loud booming sounds like something heavy is dropping from the east corridor, so they decide to go check it out. They find a very large open chamber, with sprawling ruined stairways. There are no railings, and the drop is 100+ ft below. There are signs of something heavy dropping on the stairs everywhere, along with webs. Party walks forward a bit and a Huge spider comes crashing down. The party fights back, but it impales Ciel and climbs back up, where it eats him. Rest of the party runs back to the way they came from.

Party travels south and finds a room filled with spider webs and eggs. They see a chest, so they tried to drag it out but disturb a nest of baby spiders. They fight them off, and they get some loot. The mother spider came after awhile, but Thog chopped it down with 2 swings. They found a magical necklace in one of the chests.

They traveled to east, and ran into a large chamber with a lot of acidic damage everywhere, with bubbling sounds. They turn back.

They go back to the mining office and head east. They run into some rubbles of what possibly may have been mining supply rooms. They run into more baby spiders and fight them off. At this point, a large blue/red spider comes out and begin to throw poison-soaked web at the party. Anias casts sleep to buy time and party runs back out the mines.

I'm not rolling a new character. It's a lot of work for only like 2 months more than likely. Also, there are... Issues I don't care to deal with again.

I read the logs, Brian: "Anias Faroe: disobedience is a level 3 spell tho
so we only have ourselves to blame ", disobedience doesn't work against Confusion. Disobedience is basically just protection from evil but it does the whole fake thing. I had protection from evil on, it didn't help v suggestion.

Protection from evil doesn't protect against evil spells, it protects against ongoing control over a subject. Also typo I meant confusion not suggestion. Suggestion was the one it did help against.

Actually protection from evil is better, disobedience wouldn't block suggestion.

Nevermind they both would.

Protection from evil gives +2 to will saves though, which makes it better.
