Yes, a potential situational order is to do what another player publicly says. You can't submit orders on behalf of someone.
Although this mechanic was designed for people who couldn't make the moves.
It's literally less time consuming to just quickly put an order in though. ;_; It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes ever unless you're about to win.
If I don't get anything soon I'll go to the next phase.

The official rules is if someone wished to give control over to someone else, the way they can do that is send in conditional orders to have their armies set to whatever someone else publicly says. Someone can't privately give orders for someone else because then you can just have multiple people in an alliance give control to one person and one of the main points of this variant is how well you can coordinate publicly with others.
Radja's orders sent in were

Rumania move to Serbia
Galicia move to Rumania
Ukraine move to sevastopol

The differences this makes is Bellaphent still has 3, but has the army in Budapest instead of Serbia, and Radja's army would retreat to Ukraine, but still has two.
I think the right way to solve it is fixing Radja's moves.
Before we officially rule it, TheBreeze said he based his move around being able to control Radja. What would you have done differently had you known you had no control over Radja?

Not sure what the ruling is but Radjas moves should be public press if submitted by someone else. That's what ani did with Loki.

Bella, seeing how you'll basically keep all the places you currently have, I think you should disband Trieste as the other two are frontline tanks and the tank in Sil is in a good support cutting position.

You could make a fleet and let mist take her supply center back and just call it trading an army for a fleet. All the fleets of the medagree would be really powerful if we sail them up north.

The game has been updated and time has been added. TheBreeze should have mentioned the changes to Radja's orders in public. And since he didn't do that, it is treated as a set of impossible orders.

As per rule 3: You may send impossible orders, but it will fail to succeed.
