The thing is.
1. My role is provable
2. My role is revealed in the first vote count
3. Putting doubt on a l-1 vote can promote a derp hammer
The town incentive is my vote = 2 votes and this is a Radja game so Cakes had a decent chance to be put to L-1.

in my opinion town has no reason to claim on page 1, but that doesn't mean it's not possible that he is town and actually claimed on page 1.
