A bunch of the people not listed there are staying in an airbnb.
The Airbnb thing isn't happening, this is the most recently updated housing info that I know of. Shea, llamarbles, and zach have places available:

The big 20+ person one isn't happening. 10 of us got together to organize one separate of that. (Of course I also backed out ultimately but~)
I am reasonably sure that we are full up at this point. I asked for confirmation of attendance almost a month ago so I could plan housing. Like exactly for the purpose of people not trying to show up and expect a place to stay at the last second.
You are of course free to come if you want to take care of your housing, but I think I gave people ample opportunity to tell me they were coming so I could plan for that.
Looks like I'm hosting LLD/Grey, Axxle, and BPC based on last page / discussions.
4 is a good number because I can drive everyone to meet up with the rest of the group each day, but if we need me to host a couple more I can try to figure something out.

When I said it was the max, what I meant was that I was taking the maximum llamarble told me he could take, the maximum I can take and the max that cabd told me he can take and placing people there. This is not going to work if everyone tries to make their own plans all at the same time. Thats why I asked for confirmations to know for certain what our housing situation was like.
those already providing their own accomidation have already communicated this to me and I have already taken it into consideration.
