No we are claiming in advance I already explained why.
If we have have half the player list vote person A and the other half voting person B then player A would become the judge as mafia cannot.

Since we have 4 conf town already (the 2 who voted Jeanne and the 2 who voted Ranger) we will have 6 conf towns tomorrow. (as we will split the conf towns votes)
