RC continues to push forward his "breaking strategy" even though its been shown not to work, and starts calling people scum for it.

That doesn't really answer the question or elucidate much of your thought process here. Why is are either of these things scummy?

In that case... it's a bit hard to explain. Something about scum arguing against the counterarguments for a strategy that doesn't work.

p-edit: Because his response to RC's plan--the "no one vote I just realized scum can NK the WBG's target" really didn't feel like something scum would bring up when no one had noticed it before.

This post gives me scummy vibes. I don't like it when someone votes someone else due to other's encouragement, and especially if she has expressed that she is reluctant to vote RC.
