Helena Cain's functionality was as described by FA and I think that the wiki design would be too strong to give to scum anyway in general.

I believe that if we lynch town, SK will kill FA if they aren't the SK.
If we lynch SK, we face 6 way where FA!scum can't quickhammer.
If we lynch main faction scum, FA becomes considerably less dangerous anyway.

This doesn't give us a way of actually coming back though unless it's 1v1 but you'd be killed before a 1v1 situation.
