I'm going to preface all of this by saying that while I've seen Nahdia be snarky as town and I'm not disagreeing with it that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that she's genuinely just an intolerable douche as scum.
I read Space Dandy to confirm or deny those claims and I didn't find anywhere near the same level of assholey behaviour that I saw in this game or in 629.
I also really don't like her approach to my slot. When she was town and (thought) I was town in the game where I hammered her she tried to engage me. This game she's just keeping me as far away as possible.
I really don't like that there's been a significant campaign of discrediting my slot from one both or possibly all 3 of the scum factions and the abject insanity of us getting vanillaceptioned isn't making me feel any better about this game.
The big thing that I consider tantamount to a scumclaim is the exchange that follows this point.

This is. I am in no other ongoing games with Nahdia. It is literally impossible for her to have any difficulties interpreting the meaning of that. In spite of that, she chose to draw attention to it.
Not just once. Once maybe she didn't stop to think it through. TWICE she decided to discredit my push on her by implying that I have no knowledge of her meta in a situation where I had no out of it.
I am positive beyond a shadow of a doubt, especially given how she reacted to it later, that it was a calculated bluff to try and trap me between looking like I'm pushing a nonexistent case and rulebreaking.
