with the flip of scum alpaca:

if bacde has no more reports left, he can actually get jk'd tonight with no harm done, and be clear if a kill goes through. which, thusly clears me. so two clears in 5 people would be best.

if he does have reports left, then yeah, probably just jail lowell.

you'll find that on the site, sometimes roles will have limitations to distribute power i.e. x-shot roles or odd/even-night roles. to where roles can only be used on a certain number of times or only on a certain night(s).
