I talked with Shotty some, and he wants to take this off phpBB onto his own hosting and forum software. I am reaching out to him, as I would be willing to help with this. He says he does this for his job and he will promise not to build any secret back doors for him to mess around. I believe him. He's a troll but not a tiger. There is a way I could possibly stop Shotty, by hosting the site myself without him. so don't want to do that though, and he was joking a lot about buying the site with various people once he realized it wasn't going to happen.
