I thought it over. Scum wouldn't claim hated. All that would happen is that they would be policy lynched the day before LyLo as a safety measure. Scum can't make that claim. He's confirmed Town.

If scum is hated they pretty much have to claim it or they will get accidentally hammered if they are ever wagoned so I don't really agree with this logic at all. That said, I still think he's town.

Yes but no matter how much they're being Townread, they're just gonna be policy lynched going into LyLo. Not the best plan for scum to guarentee their lynch at that point in the game for not much gain.

The gain is that they won't be accidentally hammered before lylo... I also don't see why we would be forced to pl if it shuts off after day 3.

Mostly just considering every possibility, plus the fact that there isn't really anything else to go off of. If the hated modifier was permanent he'd be confirmed Town in my eyes, and I still think he's Town after that day 3 claim but not 100%.
