depends on what bro feels like - i doubt pabs would have gotten up to L-1 without the incorrect votecount (and I do like hito's ruleset thing where lynches have to be an actual lynch according to the number of votes and according to the added votes to the last votecount to prevent mod mistakes causing a lynch) but it's up to bro since I don't see anything like that in his ruleset.

Hey guys - Berry is correct. I failed to count his vote in the VC, and pablito did in fact reach ten votes. Given the duration of time that elapsed between when the VC was posted and the time when it was corrected, I have elected to resolve it in the following way, which I feel impacts the gamestate least:

1) Let play continue as if Pablito reached only 9 votes.
2) Berry's vote is now on Pablito until he changes it.

VC coming shortly. I try my best, but I do make mistakes. If you catch a mistake in a VC (or anywhere else), please notify me as soon as possible. Thanks!

EDIT: Hito's rule that Gamma cited is a really good one, and I am implementing it for the duration of this game. I'll update the rules post to reflect as such.
