Another day meant another chance to suss out the identities of the not-so-good characters. From reviewing the previous day's discussion and from some preliminary questioning about people's activities that night, many became concerned about one character in particular. "What he says is really not adding up and I just don't think it's possible for someone to be that stupid. He must be faking it!" Someone accused. "I may be stupid, but I'm also dumb!" He quipped in response. It was frankly pretty confusing why he of all characters was at this conference. He had hardly retained anything in all the time that he'd been there and showed very little initiative in investigating.

So the Brain was contacted, and the magic door appeared; soon the character was dragged off for...whatever analysis entailed. It didn't take nearly as long for Pinky to return the call as the previous day. "Brain said there's no way this guy knows anything about the murders," Pinky explained. Phooey.

It wasn't sleepiness that stopped the night watch from working that night -- it was a lack of trust. Some characters split off to try to barricade themselves in hiding places. Or so they later said.

In the morning, one character was found dead, and later identified by the Brain's task force. Guilt and fear weighed heavily on those still alive.
