@Farside - I just realized I didn't say anything to your earlier question. You remember what happened in original SU right? Like ... we were able to figure out and be sure you were town when the whole freaking game was sure you were scum. You're not a priority for us to sort right away. You are a solid person to ally with later if we both survive that long and once we have enough to go on to read you. We worked great together in original SU, but that was late mid-game. We're more focused on figuring out slots that are harder for us to figure out early on. Nothing personal.

Yes, it's true that Maxwell fooled me in SU1 and I did claim at least part of my role to them in the PT. I learned from that and did not claim anything to the Twin Wings slot even though I'm town reading them.

"Strongly" is over stating it. I was town reading her earlier in our PT and before. But towards the end of our alliance, I suggested that she leave the Shiro is scum thing for now and concentrate on finding other scum. Her reply made me think she was going to do that, but she has continued to push there. It makes her look like scum who has found someone to tunnel that isn't going to get lynched so she can safely push this most of the game without a mislynch coming back to bite her in the ass. Add that to the almost constant arguing with Titus which looks like someone trying to clog the thread to keep town disengaged and it has made me change my mind on her.

I agree. The issue has been time. Last week I was out of town 4 days for my niece's wedding. That has thrown me behind in just reading the thread let alone analyzing stuff. I did get caught up on the thread and was able to do some analyzing but as you can see from my reads list, I still have more to go through. Now that the thread has slowed down, I'll be able to get through the ISO's more quickly.

Have you ever explained your scum reads on TWIE, DGB and Snarky? I’d really like to see them.

I gave a summary statement of why TWIE and DGB are scum. Twie is lurking even more than usual. He has given 0 reads and made many fluff statements. Even giving him some benefit of a doubt because of his play-style, he has literally done nothing this game.

DGB has mentioned a few people as being scum or town, but not made any pushes on anyone. She doesn't appear to be reading or following the thread. She said she didn't know anything about Beachpaloza and didn't vote. She's claimed to be ascetic but then says she can be targeted by events which doesn't make sense to me.

Snarky states he's trying to change to be more active, but he's not pushed people or tried to question people. He naked voted SirCakez, then got on the Mathblade wagon with a vote and "I guess I can get on board with this". Later he states he's town-reading Mathblade but never explains his 180. Naked votes DGB. He asked for votes on her but never really pushed for it. For someone who is trying to be more active, he's pretty far in the background.

And that's actually not the obvious answer skybird, and thats sorta weird. NC, the obvious answer I expected was to preserve wagon composition and make vca more valuable. More double votes =less people on the wagon=less information gained from the wagon and subsequent flip.

her answer did end up being what i'd thought. so no, not an answer i would have liked to hear. particularly weird is Skybird saying 'to avoid mislynches', as though her (supposedly town) vote would lead to more mislynches just because it adds another vote? if you're concerned about farside not being scum, proper play is not to only vote her with one of the two votes...
and if one is concerned about the day ending early, why would you vote there at all? wait for alliances first.

I disagree with you on your definition of "proper play". People generally like to know where other players stand on an issue. I do think Farside is scummy, hence the vote. We are close enough to hammer that a couple of derp votes could end the day, hence why I am holding off on the second vote. I don't really see why that is an issue with you.

As town, I always like to avoid mislynches, don't you?

If Farside gained points from blowing up alliances, then why did she stay with NC and not blow it up immediately on Day 3 after voting? Appearing town is more important to Farside than blowing up alliances, which you're arguing is her wincondition.

Rr: if all I was going to do was get into an alliance and blow it up for points, i'd done it with sky and nc.

I've checked and I don't believe she blew up our alliance. I also see we've already gone through the lynch and it did re-set just like she said it would. At this point I agree with Shiro that Far is most likely 3rd party survivor at worst case. I'd like to see her get lynched before LyLo to be sure we don't all lose to her at end game if she's left alive though.
