I say this entirely irrelevant to the current discussion, but the newbie queue should be where players should be directed if they need to improve their play, full stop. the entire purpose of newbie games is to teach newbies good habits and provide a space where even if they err in a major way people will be constructive instead of critical about it, but that can be extended even to people who have been on site and played more than 3 (or whatever the SE limit) games.

Also, Wisdom played only 17 finished games since the game in question, so how come he can improve in 17 games and not be wotced when my forty games of improvement aren't enough?

Really, WOTC is just wrong -- Players shouldn't hold grudges to the point of not letting players play imo. Nor should mods hold grudges.

If you have an issue w/ another player, you can work it out w/ that player and/or the mod.
But outing a player just because x players dont want to play w/ them isn't right; it should ultimately be the mod's decision, and even then, the mod should give a decent reason (privately or publicly) why they decided to wotm a player. You shouldnt just wotc a player without saying why and the mod should have the freedom of choosing who can play, not the players.

I remember when KainTepes was on this site...... Lots of mods & players wotm'd or wotc'd KainTepes which was understandable.
But do you know what the prob. w/ the system is? If a player cant play, they cant improve. This was the philosophy I took by allowing KainTepes to play in the first game I modded on this site.
The same, imo, should apply to all players, including yume.
