I just experienced in princess bride the worst mod decision I ever seen where scum/sk got a joint win.

I think we don't know that and trying to catch two scum at once is a really bad idea, especially given the possibility that one of them could be an SK

although the likelihood of 2 remaining mafia is as close to 0% as makes no difference so if there's two remaining non-town then they don't share a wincon

I realized right after I posted that you meant scum just as not town. It's super unlikely that it isn't just an sk for the unclaimed kill.
